Attorney Roumagnac holds a Master's degree in
International Law from the University of Toulouse Capitole 1. He also graduated from the French « Ecole
Nationale des Impôts », which gives him a specialization in Tax Law. Founder of the CABINET
ROUMAGNAC law firm since 1997, he advises companies and private individuals in the management and protection of their tangible and intangible assets and provides expertise in the management of tax risks. He assists his clients in dealing with the
administration in the event of litigation.
He also practices business law on a daily basis, assisting companies in their creation, financing, restructuring and optimisation up to their transfer. The presentation and promotion of art and sport to the general public being among the CABINET's strongest values, attorney Roumagnac provides sportsmen and women as well as artists with the benefit of his experience to assist them in their
commercial activities. His career path has led him to assist sportsmen and women as well as artists in
their business activities. Attorney Roumagnac is the author of numerous publications on European and international legal isues.

Cassandre RANCÉ has worked in a judicial representative’s office based in TOULOUSE and PARIS. She provides support to companies in difficulty, particularly in the context of collective proceedings (backup procedure, legal receivership or compulsory liquidation).
Gratuated with a Master’s degree in Fundamental Business Law, she assists directors and other stakeholders in the business life of companies, from company formation to liquidation, through current and extraordinary legal acts inherent to the latter.

She intervenes on topics related to French and
International Tax Law, Intellectual Property Rights in
France and abroad, Corporate and Commercial Law, International Distribution Law, European Law, Custom Duties and Trade barriers to import/export activities.
